I started RadiantilyK Aesthetic Academy because I remember what it felt like to be a new practitioner in aesthetics — overwhelmed, undertrained, and searching for courses that actually prepared me for real patients. Most training programs I found were either too superficial or too expensive for what they offered.
So I built the courses I wished I had. Every module comes from my daily clinical experience — the techniques I actually use, the complications I've learned to recognize and manage, and the patient conversations that make the difference between a good outcome and a great one.

I'm Kiem — the founder of RadiantilyK Aesthetics, where I see patients daily in the San Jose and San Mateo Bay Area. I'm a board certified nurse practitioner, and aesthetics isn't just my specialty — it's my passion.
Over the years, I've invested heavily in my own education — training with some of the most skilled aesthetic practitioners, attending advanced workshops, and constantly refining my techniques through thousands of patient treatments. That journey taught me something important: the best education comes from practitioners who are still actively treating patients, not from people who stopped practicing years ago.
That's the philosophy behind every course in this academy. I teach what I do. I share the clinical reasoning behind my decisions. I'm honest about what works, what doesn't, and what you need to watch out for. My goal is to give you the knowledge foundation that makes your hands-on training more meaningful and your clinical practice more confident.
