Course Overview

This training program provides comprehensive foundational knowledge in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — a cornerstone of regenerative and anti-aging medicine. You will learn the science of hormonal aging, diagnostic laboratory evaluation, bioidentical hormone prescribing protocols, and long-term patient management for both male and female patients. The curriculum covers the complete spectrum of hormone therapy including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid optimization. You will study the differences between synthetic and bioidentical hormones, delivery methods (pellets, creams, injections, troches), dosing strategies, and the art of individualized treatment planning based on comprehensive lab work and clinical presentation. Topics include: the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, sex hormone physiology, adrenal function, thyroid assessment, menopause and andropause management, pellet therapy protocols, laboratory interpretation, risk assessment, contraindications, and ongoing monitoring. All prescribing guidance is aligned with current FDA-approved indications and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. IMPORTANT: This course provides foundational didactic education in hormone therapy. Practitioners must verify that hormone prescribing falls within their state scope of practice and obtain appropriate clinical supervision before initiating hormone therapy with patients.
